Ilya has worked at law firms for over a decade, a career path driven by her deeply held belief that everyone, regardless of means, is entitled to quality legal representation. To that end, she works closely with attorneys to facilitate their work by handling a broad portfolio of responsibilities, including basic drafting, proofing, formatting, and related preparation of legal documents, managing and overseeing administrative, discovery, and court calendars, conducting legal research, and engaging in other critical back-office and client service tasks.

A team player who is always willing to pitch in and support her colleagues, Ilya also understands how indispensable individual initiative and self-motivation are to success in her role. In addition to her extensive work experience in multiple jurisdictions, including California, Colorado, and Texas, Ilya is a graduate of Dallas College, where she earned a degree in history.
