Grace Seefelt

Thriving under pressure, navigating chaos with aplomb, and ensuring those she works with and for have what they need to effectively serve clients, Grace Seefelt is exceptionally well-suited to her role as an executive assistant. A problem-solving and organizational dynamo, Grace wears many hats at Jacobs & Diemer but has one singular focus: doing whatever it takes to advance the interests of the firm’s clients and helping its attorneys to accomplish that goal.

Grace doesn’t shy away from complex challenges; she meets them head-on, with an enthusiasm and talent for learning new skills and finding solutions where none seem apparent. Although she is the consummate team player, Grace won’t hesitate to take the lead when doing so will help advance a common goal.

The nature of the firm’s work aligns with Grace’s commitment to righting wrongs and serving those who need help in the face of difficulty. She has an academic and professional history focused on public policy and organizational dynamics, driven by her desire to create impactful solutions that improve public services and enhance organizational effectiveness. She graduated, cum laude, from Michigan State University with a B.A. in Political Science and a minor in Leadership Organization. In addition to her work at Jacobs & Diemer, Grace is actively involved as an intern organizer for Strangers No Longer, a non-profit organization that provides education, direct support, and advocacy for humane immigration policies.
