On February 10, 2026, Mary Foreman celebrated her 10-year work anniversary with the firm, becoming our second-longest-tenured employee, a remarkable milestone and one we are proud to recognize.
When Mary joined the firm in 2016, she was hired for a single role. It didn’t take long, however, for her to expand far beyond that original scope. She stepped in wherever needed, effectively creating a one-woman operation — a feat few could manage with such consistency and professionalism.
Although Mary’s academic background was not in accounting, she rose to the challenge when the firm transitioned from a paper-heavy, disorganized system to a streamlined, technology-compatible 21st-century operation. A true testament to Mary’s one-woman operation.
Mary approaches even the most complex tasks with confidence, kindness, and thorough attention to detail. She never shies away from a challenge; instead, she embraces it and sees it through.
Not only is Mary an expert at almost every task, but she is also the keeper of some of the firm’s funniest stories and the best-known tricks for getting things done efficiently. Her experience, perspective, and steady presence make a lasting impact on everyone around her.
Jacobs and Diemer would not be what it is today without Mary. We are extremely lucky to work with Mary, and can only hope that others get to work with someone as great as her.
